How do I book a ride?

Enter your pickup and destination addresses, select the suggestions and calculate the fare. Then choose a car or minibus and send the prepared WhatsApp message. You can also call us. We will confirm availability and the final price when we reply.

Can I book a ride for tomorrow?

Yes. After calculating the fare, choose “Schedule”, enter the date and time, then send your request. The “Tomorrow” button selects the next day. All times are local to Poland. Your booking requires our confirmation.

Is the calculator price per person?

The taxi calculator shows an estimated fare for the whole vehicle. Tour prices are listed separately, per adult according to group size, with the tickets specified in the itinerary. Additional stops and custom itineraries are quoted individually.

Where do you take me if I choose Morskie Oko?

We take you to the Palenica Białczańska car park at the trail entrance. You continue to the lake on foot. We can arrange a pickup when you return.

Can you pick me up at my accommodation and at the end of a trail?

Yes. We agree on your pickup address and drop-off point. After your hike, we can collect you from a different accessible location. Just arrange the route and time with us beforehand.

What does the tour price include?

The published packages include private pickup and return to your accommodation in Zakopane, driver waiting time, parking and the tickets listed for each tour. The per-person price depends on group size. For children, we deduct the difference between adult and reduced admission tickets. When booking, provide the date, number of people, children's ages and accommodation address.

The calculator shows an estimated fare for the whole vehicle. We confirm the date, availability and final price by reply or phone. Sending an inquiry does not automatically confirm a ride. Tour packages are priced per adult, with the tickets described in the itinerary. Custom routes, other group sizes and additional stops are quoted separately.
